Moba is the world’s largest manufacturer of egg grading and packing machines and offers efficient solutions for grading, packing and processing of eggs. In order to increase efficiency and reliability Moba teamed up with YASKAWA just under two years ago. The fact that during this time Moba has implemented 100 robots is a milestone for both parties and reason to celebrate at the Industrial Week.

Mr Henk Oosterhof of Moba comments: "We are delighted with the open and friendly relationship we have with YASKAWA and the fact that the company contributes towards our innovative thinking. We are have guaranteed and fast robot deliveries. We take two types of robots for six different applications. We have now taken delivery of 100 robots, but that is just the beginning”.

The automatic handling of all kinds of egg trays and boxes is becoming increasingly important in modern egg grading stations. Various solutions, launched under the name of "Autopack Systems” have been designed for the handling of packed eggs in the processes before and after the egg grading machine. Apart from cutting labour costs, for many customers the improved quality and logistics are a reason to select a handling system from Moba. With an increasing capacity of egg sorting machines the need for handling larger quantities of eggs with consistent and reliable quality is even higher.
